A database of crewmembers that served aboard USS SAM RAYBURN SSBN 635 is maintained to notify shipmates about reunions and other Sam Rayburn functions. A Crew Members Directory is available to be sent via e-mail. It can be printed, or saved to your computer as desired. Although anyone that served aboard should be included; many shipmates have not registered and “missing” shipmates continue to be identified. In order to be eligible to receive a copy of the Crew Members Directory, you MUST be included in the Data Base; no exceptions. No one other than a sailor, who served on the 635, will be eligible to receive a copy of the Crew Data Base. This is to insure everyone's privacy is respected, without exception.

• To be added to the database or correct errors/ omissions in the current data; click the link below and include the words “Data Sheet” in the subject line. You will be sent a Crew Member Data Sheet, and your assistance is much appreciated if you would fill it out COMPLETELY and return it to me, so I can include you into the Data Base.
• If you’d like a copy of the Crew Member Directory, include the word “Directory” in the subject line, and please advise if you are unable to receive a copy by e-mail, since it’s a 100+ page document in Word format; it is too large for some free e-mail accounts, so other arrangements can be made.
